Where we are going

Now with the gardens at the Waterfront well at hand the Heritage Gardeners are beginning to look ahead to the future and starting the preliminary stages of planning for the various gardens envisioned in the Waterfront Park / rail lands development project. Excitement and enthusiasm are building as the Gardeners look forward to the challenges and rewards of creating a parklands filled with green spaces, botanical gardens, new experimental and theme gardens (perhaps a meditation garden, a white garden, a sculpture garden) and beautiful green houses for year-round enjoyment.

We envision a space filled with people of all ages researching and learning about the earth and the environment on site.

People relaxing, enjoying the outdoors, running, walking and playing in a space built for the community and it's visitors by the people who live here.

Look how far we've come! Look how much has been accomplished ... be proud of that ... and now, let your imagination soar . Get involved or re-establish your commitment and " IMAGINE NORTH BAY " with us.
